    • This suite is the primary suite for customers who develop with multicore processors built on Power Architecture including, LS series devices and QorIQ Qonverge SoCs as well as DSPs based on StarCore technology. The Developer Suite is for designers with full system responsibility but no need for extra costs of the specialist and architect features. No matter what market your products serve, these tools would be the most useful tools and are what we would consider the workhorse set of development tools.

Specialist Suite Level

  • DDR Validation tool: The DDR (Double Data Rate RAM Memory) Validation tool (DDRv) is a software application that helps you “tune” the DDR settings that can be the most difficult to get "centered."
  • SerDes Validation: The SerDes Validation tool (SerDes-v) is a software application that helps you “tune” the SerDes settings so you can get the optimal SerDes performance.
  • Debug print Ability to perform printf-like operations from for bare-metal, Linux kernel or Linux user-space applications directly in hardware trace buffers. This vastly reduces logging facility intrusiveness.
  • General purpose program Arm® Trace Ability to configure, retrieve and display Arm® core trace including program and data.

License Manager Installers

These downloads contain the necessary software to install the FLEXlm license manager.  The license manager software should be installed on the license server machine which will facilitate floating licenses for your NXP product.

Please locate below the appropriate download for your license server machine.  If you are not sure, you should consult with your license server administrator.

Below is a table that outlines which Operating System versions we officially support and test with our license manager.
