FlexGUI is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) software tool enabling easy and intuitive configuration and control of analog ICs on their evaluation boards. It can be installed on any Windows 7, 8 or 10 based operating system and runs on Java 8. It uses a USB port to interface with the evaluation boards. These boards include a small MCU to interface with the analog ICs via standard peripherals such as SPI, I²C, GPIO, ADC, or timers. FlexGUI supports several different ICs which can be selected via the application launcher at start-up.

  • Device panel for quick access to device modes, in/out pins and bus address/frequency settings
  • Script editor for sequences of actions on pins and registers
  • Script generator for sharing current register values wrapped around by custom script snippets
  • Register map for r/w registers with value hints
  • Custom tabs for device-specific features, for example, programming, measurements, etc.
