  • Advanced watchdog timer/monitor
  • 56-pin 8 × 8 mm QFN package

  • High-speed I²C interface (3.4 MHz)
  • PGOOD monitoring circuits
  • External clock synchronization
  • Frequency spread spectrum

Monitoring Circuits Fit for up to ASIL D

  • Independent circuits to fit up to automotive ASIL D and industrial SIL-2 safety level
  • Voltage monitoring with programmable fault protection
  • Two external voltage monitoring input
  • Advanced thermal monitoring and protection
  • Programmable internal watchdog counter
  • FCCU (fault collection and control unit) input
  • I²C CRC and write protection mechanism
  • Analog built-in self-test (ABIST) and Logic build-in self-test (LBIST)

Programmability

  • Supplies, sequencing and specific functions can be programmed by MTP memory
  • During development phase, customized one-time programmable (OTP) part can be programmed using programming board
  • Custom OTP can be provided for production. Please contact your NXP sales channel (your distributor)
  • Custom OTP can be created using the PF09 OTP tool
