Power Management

  • Tree power rails to supply the microcontroller and sensors
  • Scalable family from 100 mA to minimum 400 mA solution with a pin-to-pin compatibility
  • Configurable voltages and power up / down sequences
  • 3 power modes (run, low power ON and low power off) to manage low system quiescent current and faster wake-up

  • CAN flexible data rate (FD) up to 5 Mbit/s transceiver and a LIN transceiver
  • High side drivers with cyclic sense or wake-up source
  • Analog multiplexer for system sensing
  • Long duration timer with independent counter up to 194 days

  • QFN48 pins with exposed pad for optimized thermal management
  • Permanent device customization via one-time-programming (OTP) fuse memory
  • Temporary OTP emulation mode for system development and evaluation
