The IW620 is NXP’s advanced 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) combo solution supporting dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 operation. The IW620 features an advanced low-power radio architecture with extensive RF integration - including dual-band power amplifiers (PAs), low noise amplifiers (LNAs) and RF switches – to enable low power consumption and minimal BOM/PCB area for high-performance IoT applications.

- Low power Wi-Fi standby with Wi-Fi 6 target wait time (TWT) support
