88W8897P (Automotive): 2.4/5 GHz Dual-Band 2x2 Wi-Fi® 5 (802.11ac) + Bluetooth® 5 Solution
The 88W8897P SoC is a 2x2 802.11ac chip that combines Bluetooth 5.0, mobile MIMO, and transmit beamforming. It supports multiple Wi-Fi® interfaces via our virtual dual-MAC architecture. A 2x2 combination radio chip, the 88W8897P delivers up to 867Mbps of throughput making it ideal for automotive applications.
