Supporting Matter, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® LE, Thread, and Zigbee connectivity with an Arm® Cortex®-M core and a rich set of peripherals, NXP’s connected processors deliver the right balance of performance, connectivity, and low-power for IoT and automotive applications.
Built on NXP’s i.MX RT600 crossover MCU family, the RW61x series offer highly integrated, low-power tri-radio wireless MCUs with an integrated Arm® Cortex®-M33 and Wi-Fi® 6 + Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) 5.4 / 802.15.4 radios. RW61x wireless MCUs are designed for a broad array of applications, including connected smart home devices, enterprise and industrial automation, smart accessories and smart energy.
The RW61x series is supported by the MCUXpresso Developer Experience and NXP's FRDM development platform.

The RW612 is a highly integrated, secure, feature-rich wireless MCU with high-performance Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth Low Energy / 802.15.4 radios.
The MCX W series, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33, offers a unified range of pin-compatible multiprotocol wireless MCUs for Matter™, Thread®, Bluetooth® Low Energy and Zigbee®. MCX W enables interoperable and innovative smart home devices, building automation sensors and controls and smart energy products.
