LAVA (Linaro Automated Validation Architecture) Support for NXP Products
LAVA is the Linaro automation and validation architecture. It is a continuous integration system for deploying operating systems onto physical and virtual hardware for running tests.
LAVA supports out-of-the-box all NXP i.MX and Layerscape processors, and also some microcontrollers. LAVA also supports i.MX's flashing tool (UUU) and board control utility (BCU), making it easy to automate platform flashing and booting.

- Framework and a command line tool for wrapping existing test programs and translating results into a common format
LAVA Dispatcher
- Framework and a command line tool for controlling test execution on a particular machine
LAVA Dashboard
- Web application for storing and viewing test results. It also has a simple data mining and reporting features
LAVA Scheduler
- Web application for managing a collection of devices and processing a queue of test jobs to perform
