  • 150 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, 256 KB Flash, 256 KB SRAM, 121 XFBGA, with tamper detection and crypto acceleration

Memory

  • 512 Mbit (64MB) twin-quad onboard QuadSPI memory @ 3.3V
  • 256 Kbit (32KB) SPI EEPROM memory

Connectivity

  • Standalone full-speed USB host and device function
  • Piezo buzzer

Power Management

  • Independent, battery-operated power supply for real-time clock (RTC) module

Debug

  • Cortex debug + ETM connector (20-pin debugging header)

Sensors

  • Cirque secure sensing chip and capacitive touch PIN pad

Display

  • Chip-on-glass 2 line x 16 character segment LCD

  • Tower® compatible processor board
  • 4 user-controlled status LEDs
  • One mechanical push button
  • One mechanical push button for nonmaskable interrupt (NMI) or pin interrupt
  • Tamper header providing access to all 8 tamper signals
