The Student Learning Kit includes the evaluation board which provides a low cost option for embarking on high-performance yet price sensitive embedded networking designs. With 16 MBytes of SDRAM, 10/100 BaseT Ethernet connectivity, and an excellent ColdFire® debug module, this complete package includes all the components to enable quick design support for the MCF5280, MCF5281, and MCF5282.
This cost-sensitive development platform includes RTOS, open source GNU tools, and open source TCP/IP stack. This low cost student learning kit with its software and tools combine to provide a cost effective networking platform that can be up and running right out of the box with all the necessary components for application development.
