The XDC564B-C is an evaluation system supporting the NXP® MPC564xB-C MPUs.

  • The system consists of an XPC56xxMB motherboard and an adapter card that plugs into the motherboard.
  • Different adapter cards are available for evaluating various packages in the MPC564xB-C family of MPUs.
  • The evaluation system allows full access to the CPU, all of the CPU’s I/O signals, and the motherboard peripherals.
