The UJA1162ATK is a ‘self-supplied’ high-speed CAN transceiver with Sleep mode integrating an ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 compliant HS-CAN transceiver supporting CAN FD up to 5 Mbit/s and an internal 5 V CAN supply.
The only supply input is a battery connection. The UJA1162ATK can be operated in a very-low-current Sleep mode with bus wake-up capability.
