The S08SH family is a series of S08 8-bit microcontrollers that offer a new low-end option for applications in the 5-volt range. The S08SH family is pin, tool and software compatible with S08SG, offering greater design flexibility. It also has wide peripheral offering with serial communications interface (SCI), serial peripheral interface (SPI), I²C, analog-to-digital converter (ADC), analog comparator and temperature sensor.
