The BMI7018 is a Li-ion battery cell controller IC designed specifically for industrial applications including energy storage systems and uninterruptible power supplies. It features:
- Monitoring of up to 18 Battery Cells and 8 Temperatures
- Configurable averaging of cell voltage measurements (Digital Filtering)
- Robust isolated 2.0 Mbit/s communication interface
- Onboard balancing up to 360 mA peak

- 9.0 V ≤ VPWR ≤ 90 V operation, max transient 94 V
