The TEA2093DB2202 is an add-on evaluation board enabled by the TEA2093TS synchronous rectification controller in a TSOP-6 package. The TEA2093TS controller includes an adaptive gate drive for maximum efficiency at any load.
The TEA2093DB2202 add-on evaluation board also contains a 100 V / 2.7 mΩ MOSFET and therefore enables easy replacement of the secondary side power diode in an existing power supply.
