You must enroll within 30 days of your hire date/change in employment status date. You can also change these choices within 30 days of a life event or during the Annual Enrollment period.

The enrollment choices you make will remain in effect until you experience a life event like getting married or having/adopting a child or until you can make changes during the next Annual Enrollment period.
You can change your HSA contributions at any time during the year by visiting the NXP Benefits Enrollment Site (SSO) .

Medical: For UnitedHealthcare, go to UnitedHealthcare or call 844-210-5428. Ask Emma, your virtual benefits counselor, can help walk you through NXP's medical plans so you can determine which is the right one for you and your family.
For Kaiser, go to Kaiser Permanente or call 800-278-3296.
Dental: For Delta Dental, go to Delta Dental or call 800-521-2651.
Vision: Go to VSP or call 800-877-7195. You do not need an ID card to access vision care services. Inform your vision care provider that you are enrolled in VSP Choice and they can call to confirm your coverage at (800) 877-7195.
Flexible Spending Account (Health Care Flexible Spending Account, Limited Use Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account): You can submit a reimbursement for claims and access your account at UnitedHealthcare . If you signed up for a Flexible Spending Account (and are not enrolled in Medical plans 1, 2 or 3), please use group #918708 to register online.
Health Savings Account: (844)NXP-4015. You can submit a reimbursement for claims and access your account at Fidelity NetBenefits .
The benefits you elect during your enrollment will be in effect for all of this calendar year, unless you have a change in family status (defined by the IRS as “life events”) such as the following.
If you experience a change in family status or other qualifying life event, you have 30 days to make the applicable change in coverage. Simply go online to nxp.bswift.com (SSO ) to update your benefits or call the NXP Benefits Service Center at (888)375-2367. Your benefit changes will take effect retroactively as of the date of the qualifying event. If you don’t make the change within 30 days of the qualifying event, you will be unable to make benefit changes until the next annual enrollment.
Enroll or opt out within 35 days of your hire date.
If you are eligible, you may begin contributing to the NXP 401(k) Retirement Plan as soon as administratively possible, usually as of the third pay period after your start date. You are eligible to receive company matching contributions as soon as you begin contributing.
