The MPxx4006 family (MPVZ4006G and MPXV4006G series) offer state-of-the-art monolithic silicon pressure sensors targeting medical, consumer, and industrial devices.
- Combines advanced micro-machining techniques, thin-film metallization and bipolar processing
- Provides an accurate, high-level analog output signal, proportional to the applied pressure

- 2.5 percent maximum error over +10 °C to +60 °C with auto zero
- 5 percent maximum error over +10 °C to +60 °C without auto zero

- Temperature compensated over 10 °C to 60 °C
