  • Active load modulation in card emulation mode for large operating distance
  • Support of NXP proprietary high data rates up to 212 Kbit for communication with NCx3310 (tag type 5)
  • Ultra-low power and low power card detection modes
  • Overcurrent and overtemperature protection mechanisms
  • RF Debugging either AUX0, AUX1, AUX2 outputs or without external probing of test signals
  • Compliant to NFC Forum CR13 as CCC device class
  • SPI host interface with speeds up to 15 MHz
  • Wide temperature range: -40 °C to +105 °C
