  • Secure storage for lifetime of private keys, as well as for CA certificates and other sensitive data

  • Ambient operating temperature: -40 °C to +105 °C
  • High-speed SPI interface: up to 5 Mbit/sec in mode 0
  • Single 1.8 V supply
