  • 1.6 V analog supply
  • 1.8 V – 3.3 V I/O supply
  • 1.2 V digital supply
  • Supported frequency bands:
  • Single 760 MHz
  • Single 2.4 GHz pipe
  • Dual 5.x GHz pipes (5.18 GHz to 5.93 GHz)
  • 5 MHz to 20 MHz modulation bandwidth
  • 0 dBm linear OFDM transmit power
  • 33 dB TX gain control
  • 4.5 dB RX noise figure using 5.9 GHz
  • 78 dB RX gain control
  • RX gain settling time < 100 ns
  • EVM at 760 MHz better than -40 dB
  • EVM in 802.11 p band better than -32 dB
  • Fractional-N synthesizer with small frequency step size
  • Nominal reference frequency is 40 MHz
  • Automotive AECQ100 grade 2
