NXP’s KIT08XS6421EKEVB is a hardware tool for evaluation and development. This evaluation board can be used to evaluate the MC08XS6421 which is a 12 V quad high-side device that features integrated control with high flexibility, and a high number of protection and diagnostic functions.
This device is designed for low-voltage automotive lighting applications and can drive a wide range of sources, including HIB ballasts and LEDs. Programming, control and diagnostics are accomplished using a 16-bit SPI interface, which makes possible a large array of configurations, diagnostics and protection features.
