The NXP® 12XSB 12V eXtreme Switch family consists of very low RDS(ON) devices in single high side configuration to replace electromechanical relays or discrete devices in industrial power management applications and DC motor control.

  • Designed for harsh environments, include self-recovery features, and are suitable for loads with high inrush current, as well as motors and all types of resistive and inductive loads
  • High-frequency, self-protected 4.0 mOhm RDS(ON) high-side switch and can be controlled by pulse-width modulation (PWM) with a frequency up to 60 kHz
  • Packaged in a power enhanced 12x12 mm PQFN
  • Includes a gate drive signal for external low side N-channel MOSFET
