The MQX Application Builder Tool is part of the MCUXpresso Config Tools. It provides a graphical environment where developers can configure the protocols required for a networking application without having to learn how to use or set up those protocols. Using the web pages and metadata files that are generated by the App Builder and the MQXv5 platform, a developer can simply focus on the code in the application layer without having to worry about all of the code to support the communication code for external peripherals, cloud services, IO, etc. The App Builder also supports the generation of SNMP Traps, SSL encryption, email generation, alarm management, logging, different levels of access to internal data, and much more.
