  • Field effect transistor (FET) pre-driver designed for three phase motor control
  • Contains three high side FET pre-drivers and three low side FET pre-drivers
  • Both 5.0 and 3.0 logic level inputs accepted

MC33903

  • Advanced power management unit for the MCU
  • Additional integrated circuits such as sensors and CAN transceivers

Functionality

  • Sensorless control using the back-EMF zero-crossing detection
  • Closed-loop speed control
  • Dynamic motor current limitation
  • DC-bus overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent fault detection
