Reason of Change
The social responsibility requires stricter control of environmental issue and compliance for environmental regulation year by year. The official announcement of ROHS2/REACH has been released in EU. ROHS2/REACH lists specific restricted substances. Some components in the current D-175 will be on this list of restricted substances in the near future. This is why NXP proactively replaces D-175 with D-175D where these substances have been removed.
Identification of Affected Products
Product identification does not change. NXP wil start to implement per end of April 2018 conversion is expected to be finished before June 2018.
