NXP Semiconductors is announcing i.MX 6SoloLite Silicon Revision maskset revision 3N20G was qualified with new part numbers.This CIN is a follow up to the previous Advanced PCN 201705010A. Final PCN's will not be distributed for this change.The new mask revision improvements are below.1.There was a ROM modification change to help with overall device performance.2. New Part Numbers created and added to the datasheet.3. Datasheets were revised from rev.4 to rev.5 adding the new part numbers.4. See revision history for additional updates to the datasheets. The release of i.MX 6SoloLite new maskset 3N20G enhanced the ROM for performance improvements in the device.
Identification of Affected Products
The new device will also have maskset 3N20G marked on the device.
Anticipated Impact
Data sheet revision: A new datasheet will be issued
There is no change to form fit function or reliability. User software may have to change to accommodate the new maskset number.
