NTAG 223 and 224 DNA ICs are Common Criteria certified security chip solutions, using AES-128 cryptographic protection to support a broad range of NFC-based applications in consumer, healthcare, retail and industrial markets. Products come with Secure Unique NFC (SUN) message authentication to protect tags, making taps unclonable. In addition, mutual authentication can ensure that sensitive data is protected against unauthorized access.

NTAG 223 and 224 DNA ICs are NFC Forum Type 2 Tag and CC EAL3+ certified.

  • Memory protected with 32-bit password (NTAG 223 DNA) or with mutual authentication with AES-128 bit key (NTAG 224 DNA)
  • Common Criteria EAL3+ (AVA_VAN.2) certification
