The PCA9482UK is a highly-integrated switched-capacitor converter with an embedded OVPFET, targeted to provide two times the output current for fast charging applications with a 1-cell battery. The device works in 2:1 switching operation with very high efficiency (> 96.5%, at VVOUT = 4 V, IVOUT = 5 A), in 1:2 switching operation or in 1:1 mode with forward and reverse direction.
The chip is offered in 3.02 mm x 2.72 mm, 6 x 7 bumps, 0.4mm pitch WLCSP package.
