MPC564 Evaluation Board Schematics for the MPC561/562/563/564/533/534
The advanced Power Architecture® MPC534 32-bit embedded microcontroller from NXP® is the perfect solution for complex, real-time control applications that demand consistent, reliable performance in a wide range of environments.
This advanced microcontroller is ideal for cost sensitive applications that are computationally intensive (not I/O intensive) such as building control/security, health care monitoring equipment or manufacturing production. The MPC534 comes with a reduced peripheral set together with the performance of the 40 MHz Power Architecture core, floating point unit and 512 KB of flash memory, all for less money. You don't have to buy more microcontroller than you need.
With the known reliability of Our MPC500 family of 32-bit embedded controllers, you won't sacrifice dependability. You can expect to get a better product to market faster at a price and performance point that easily fits your budget.
The MPC534 is equipped with code compression that is designed to reduce program size by up to 50 percent, allowing you to store large programs in the on-board flash memory. Compressed code enables higher performance when using external memories.
With the MPC534, as with other members of the NXP MPC500 family, you have a clear migration path between products and from previous generations. As needs change, you can easily modify or upgrade products cost-effectively and with minimal development impact.
The MPC534 leverages a wide range of development tools and support software already available for this computing platform , thereby helping you to minimize development time.
NXP also offers a multi-output power supply device, the MC33394, which provides the voltage levels and sequencing necessary to allow plug-and-play use of the MPC500 family.
