More about ASC3101HV

Archived content is no longer updated and is made available for historical reference only.

The ASC3101HV device combines NXPs programmable DSP based AISG modem functionality with a powerful 94 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor with embedded flash program memory. The AISG modem functionality is identical as provided by NXPs standalone AISG transceiver ASC3011HN, with the same programmable features. This combination of functions represents a highly optimized and cost-effective solution for any tower mounted device requiring a CPU. It is a good fit for tower mounted amplifiers, antennas with remote electrical tilt control, adjustable filters/combiners or any other device in a basestation tower with AISG control. The Cortex-M3 processor includes a broad range of interfaces like PWM outputs, multi-channel ADC/DACs, and a high number of GPIO pins. As the AISG OOK modem is a separate functional block next to the Arm® processor, the processing power of the Cortex-M3 remains fully available for controlling the tower mounted device.
