1 We take Notices of Violations (NOVs) seriously. We work quickly to identify corrective actions and take steps to minimize the chance of reoccurrence. In 2023, we received one NOV for a minor infraction resulting in a fine less than $1,000. We resolved the infraction quickly, and otherwise maintained an exceptional compliance record.
