New users should create an NXP account using a business email address. Accounts that were already created using a personal email address can be updated to a business email address.
Your identity is verified using the email address that you provide to NXP during the registration process. A six-digit verification code is sent via email and should be entered on NXP.com.

If you can't remember the email address you used to create your NXP account and you have tried using all your email addresses, we recommend that you create a new NXP account. If you still need help, please contact support to review your case.

The “Keep me signed in” (uncheck if using a public device) is a feature designed to persistently access your NXP account benefits without needing to sign again using your account credentials. This persistent login allows you to experience the site and the actions you have taken to remain under your NXP account.
Access to sensitive information is restricted with a password prompt, outside of session expiry.
As a part of our security protocol, NXP requests that you periodically verify your account when you sign in to NXP.com. Email reminders are sent when reverification is required.
NXP accounts are deactivated after 18 months of inactivity. Prior to the expiration date, we will send email reminders to sign in to NXP.com to prevent account deactivation. If your account is deactivated, please create another account or try signing in with another email.

Single sign-on (SSO) only authenticates one account per session. This means that you can only be signed in to one account at a time. It is not possible to be logged into different NXP accounts in different tabs or windows in the same session.

Looking for enhanced security? Enable two-step authentication.
Enhance your account security by turning on two-step authentication. When enabled, a single-use verification code will be sent to your phone when you attempt to sign in. This extra security will prevent unauthorized logins, even if someone has your password.
Two-step authentication is an enhanced security feature on NXP.com that prevents someone from signing into your NXP account, even if they have your password. When signing in to your account, you will enter your password and you will then receive a verification code to your mobile phone via text message. If someone attempts to sign in to your NXP account with your password, they will not be able to access it unless they have the additional verification code.

You must have an NXP account to receive email alerts from NXP.com. When you create an account, we will ask you for your general areas of interest and your consent to receive important updates on new products, training, etc., from NXP. Once you have an NXP account, you can manage your subscriptions after signing in by going to the My NXP Account > Subscriptions page.

From the General Areas of Interest section, you can update your selections from our list of products and applications that matter to you. In addition, you can access public documentation and software when we have updates related to products for which you have requested to receive alerts.
