RF High Power Model Help

If you are experiencing installation and/or use problems with any of the RF High Power Model Libraries, please submit a "Service Request".

To submit a Service Request, select the Sign In link at the top of the page, and enter your UserID and password. Once you are logged in, select Enter a Service Request to discuss confidential information.

To expedite the routing of your Service Request:

• Select "Other" in the pull-down menu for Category,
• Select "Other" in the pull-down menu for Topic, and
• Enter "RF Models Support Query" in the subject line of the email.

You should receive a response to your Service Request within the next 24 business hours.

If you have not previously registered on the NXP Semiconductor Web site, it will be necessary to complete the registration information to receive help from the NXP Semiconductor Technical Information Center. Click on Begin Registration Process under New Users to complete the registration process.

Once you have registered, in addition to being able to request support from NXP Semiconductor, you will be able to easily track the status of your Service Request and update the request if necessary. Registration will also give you complete access to NXP Semiconductor's On–line Technical Training Campus.
