5 GHz-7 GHz Wi-Fi® 6E Front-End IC

The WLAN7202C is a WLAN RF front-end IC available in a 2 mm x 2 mm HWFLGA16 package.
The WLAN7202C is designed for Wi-Fi 6E applications. It includes a power amplifier with logarithmic power detector, a low noise receive amplifier (LNA) and a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch.
The WLAN7202C also includes coexistence filters for both transmit and receive channels.
The device is matched to 50 Ω and integrates harmonic and out of band filtering, which minimizes the layout area in the application.

- Full band 5.150 GHz to 7.125 GHz
- High power efficiency
- Integrated RF decoupling capacitors for all VCC and control pins
- Requires no external matching components, DC free RF ports except for the antenna port (on-chip ESD coil)
- Tx operation mode per band
- 2 Rx operation modes enabling gain step between LNA mode and Bypass mode
- IO levels supporting 1.2 V and 1.8 V logic interface up to 2.1 V of max input level
- ESD protection on all pins
- HBM ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 Class 2 exceeds 2000 V
- CDM AEC standard Q100-01 (JESD22-C101E) exceeds 500 V
- RoHS compliant
- Wi-Fi 6E support
- Smartphones, tablets, netbooks and other portable computing devices
