The NXP® SCMMBE24D1C is a Multi-chip Module (MCM) emulation board set, which allows the normally embedded die found in the MM908E624 54-pin, 0.65 mm pitch MCM to be developed using discretely packaged devices. The SCMMBE24D1C emulation board set consists of an NXP MC68HC908EY16FA32 Microcontroller Unit (MCU), a specialized SmartMOS device, and a P&E Microsystems Mon08 interface connector. The SCMMBE24D1C emulation board set can be installed into user's target system using an SCTAD1C WSOIC target interface. The SCTAD1C is installed in place of the 54-pin WSOIC device.
