The NXP® SCBGAMTT is a PGA socket which works with any 272-pin 1.27 mm pitch PBGA surface mount base with receivers and SCSKTTT BGA ZIF socket. The SCBGAMTT provides an effective means of protecting the pins on the SCSKTTT and helps to increase board clearance where necessary.
