201711026I : MMA27xxx Accelerometer Family - Addition of Strip Reflow at Assembly
For the MMA27xx family of devices a reflow cycle followed by a weighted bake in strip form will be added to the assembly process. This additional step will occur after mold prior to plating. It is being added as best practice and as a containment for multiple customer line failures.
