    • DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE

    Freescale is pleased to announce the successful completion of the MKE02z64/32/16 (mask set 2N22J) qualification at Taiwian Semiconductor Manufacturing Co(TSMC) Fab10, located in Shanghai, China. The MKE02Z64/32/16 (mask set 0N22J) is currently being manufactured Fab11 in the Camas, WA, USA. 

     With new mask set 2N22J qualified in TSMC10, errata E6946,E6945,E6949,E7331 on 0N22J were fixed, the updated errata documentation for 2N22J can be found at: http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=KE02&nodeId=01624698C90DE4&fpsp=1&tab=Documentation_Tab.

    REASON FOR CHANGE

    The Fab manufacturing site capacity expansion to TSMC Fab10 in Shanghai, will improve Freescale’s ability to meet customer demand.

    The release and implementation of  2N22J is to fix errata on 0N22J.



    ANTICIPATED IMPACT OF PRODUCT CHANGE(FORM, FIT, FUNCTION, OR RELIABILITY)

    There is no impact on device form, fit, function or reliability.

    CHANGED PART IDENTIFICATION:

    There is no change to the orderable part number, part marking for mask set information will be changed from 0N22J for TSMC Fab11 to 2N22J for TSMC10.
