Prometeo is a portable tester, which enables customers to identify if an electrical overstress occurred immediately after detection of a failing module. This gives opportunities for fast in-line improvements at the customer’s site and first clues to NXP. Combined with different dedicated and designed adapters it is suitable for many of NXP’s ICs.
