NXP^® and ARROW Introduce the SCM-i.MX 6D/Q

Our single chip system modules are a suite of highly integrated solutions in an unprecedented, ultra-small form factor. Our SCM products are designed to reduce your product time to market by eliminating high-speed memory design and significantly reducing overall design complexity of the CPU/PMIC/memory sub-system. SCM-i.MX 6Dual and SCM-i.MX 6Quad are the first members of the SCM portfolio. Integrated into a chip the size of a dime, the SCM-i.MX 6D/Q includes the i.MX 6D/Q processor, power management system, flash memory, and over a hundred passive system components. In addition, it is designed and enabled for 1 or 2 GB LPDDR2 as a PoP configuration. NXP^® provides reference hardware design files and board support package (BSP) for Linux.
