The MPxx6400 family (MPXH6400A and MPXHZ6400A) of pressure sensors offers high reliability of on-chip integration in a small form factor, targeting automotive and industrial applications.
- Delivers a state-of-the-art, monolithic, signal-conditioned silicon pressure sensor
- Combines advanced micro-machining techniques, thin-film metallization and bipolar semiconductor processing to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal, proportional to applied pressure
- Provides a high-output signal and temperature compensation
