The MMA1251 family of silicon capacitive, micro-machined accelerometers feature signal conditioning, a two-pole low-pass filter and temperature compensation.
- Targets medical, industrial, and consumer applications such as vibration recording, appliance control, mechanical bearing monitoring, hard drive protection, mouse/joysticks, virtual reality input, and sports diagnostics
- Includes factory-set zero-g offset full-scale span and filter cut-off; requires no external devices
- Verifies system functionality via full-system self-test capability
