Gauge Compensated Pressure Sensor (0 to 50 kPa)
The MPXx2051 pressure sensor delivers a silicon piezoresistive device with a highly accurate and linear voltage output, directly proportional to the applied pressure.
- Targets medical and industrial applications such as pump/motor controllers, robotics, level indicators, and non-invasive blood pressure measurement
- Provides a single, monolithic silicon diaphragm with the strain gauge
- Includes a thin-film resistor network integrated on-chip
- Delivers a laser-trimmed chip for precise span, offset calibration and temperature compensation
