    • Single/dual phase/parallel options
    • DDR termination tracking mode option
    • DVS option
  • 5 V boost regulator for USB OTG
  • Seven general purpose linear regulators
  • Coin cell charger and RTC supply
  • DDR termination reference voltage
  • Power control logic with processor interface and event detection
  • Programmable output voltage, sequence and timing

  • I²C interface and input control

Configurability

  • Individually programmable On, Off and Standby modes
  • OTP (one time programmable) memory for device configuration
    • Reconfigurable OTP capability prior to blowing the configuration register fuses
    • End customer programmable
  • Available in two package options
    • E-Type QFN – 8 mm x 8 mm, 56 Ld
    • Wettable Flank QFN – 8 mm x 8 mm, 56 Ld
  • Available in consumer/industrial and automotive AEC-100 Grade 3 qualifications
  • Industry-leading light load efficiency
  • Software support for i.MX6 dynamic voltage scaling
