  • 2.8 V to 5.5 V input voltage

  • 12-channel, 7.2 A total power delivery
  • 4-channel configurable buck converters, with Forced PWM/PFM or APS mode
  • 6 user programmable LDOs with low power state retention and DDR ref
  • VSNVS supply to RTC and coin cell charging
  • Boost regulator to 5.0 V out for USB, DDR reference
  • Programmable output voltage, current limit, start, fault, sequence and timing

Communication

  • I²C interface and input control

Configurability

  • Customization via OTP to directly support the processor and DDR selection
  • Automotive, consumer, industrial grades available
