Ultra-Reliable MPC563xM for Automotive and Industrial Engine Management
The MPC563xM MCU offers enhanced powertrain functionality for entry-level automotive and industrial applications. It also addresses the aggressive cost constraints of engine and transmission suppliers focused on emerging markets.

- Enables strict but affordable emission control and allows a three to five percent improvement of economy and power
- Easy to assemble and inspect (infrared and X-ray technology not required)
- Helps reduce costs through single linear power supply

- Up to 1.5 MB flash with error correcting codes (ECC)
- 111 KB total SRAM
- Variable gain amplifier
- Decimation filter
- This product is included in NXP product longevity program, with assured supply for a minimum of 10 years after launch
Timed I/O channels
- 32-channel eTPU2
- 16-channel eMIOS with unified channels
On-chip Emissions Control
- Enables lower CO2 emissions by three to five percent for same amount of fuel
- Allows fast development of “clean sheet” solutions to meet emissions legislation
- Brings three to five percent improvement of economy and power via affordable emissions controls
- No active external components required for on-chip knock system because of variable on-chip gain and sensor bias
