FRDM Development Board for 96 MHz KE17Z/KE13Z/KE12Z with 512 KB Flash MCUs.
FRDM-KE17Z512 are a compact and scalable development boards for rapid prototyping of 96 MHz KE17Z, KE13Z, KE12Z with 512 KB Flash MCUs. They offer industry-standard headers for easy access to the MCU's I/Os, integrated open-standard serial interfaces, external flash memory and an onboard MCU-Link debugger. Additional tools like our Expansion Board Hub for add-on boards and the Application Code Hub for software examples are available through the MCUXpresso Developer Experience.
The FRDM-KE17Z512 is designed to work in standalone mode or as the main board of FRDM-TOUCH, FRDM-MC-LVBLDC and Arduino® boards. This FRDM board is compatible with DC 5 V and 3.3 V power supply and features a KE17Z512, a device boasting up to 512 KB Flash and 96 KB SRAM and numerous analog and digital peripherals.
